Remember our challenge and goal
in 2006 to achieve Chapter Excellence? Well WE DID IT!! Yes, we
followed the plan and got the desired results. All of you are
awesome!
I had the honor of giving the
Inspiration at the National Awards Banquet in Washington D.C. What
a thrill to stand before 750 awesome WCR members and inspire this
group- then our Chapter was awarded a gold for excellence and our
State Chapter was awarded Chapter of the Year for the Nation!!
Second year in a row! I am so proud of all we have accomplished.
Thank you so much and congratulations!!

A Note From Your 2008 Chapter President
PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE!
President's Message
I think any definition of life should include
the word transition. It seems that we spend a considerable amount of
time living through them. Through these changes we learn and grow to
be the people we are today. And it is the people that make our
organization viable and strong.
Our organization is experiencing one of these transitions now. Our
president has stepped down and I have stepped forward. We have
elected a new official to step up and help lead. This is a small
change for our organization, but a very large change for both myself
and Jerri.
I have to admit it is a little scary and very
exciting. We are looking forward to the coming year and will strive
to bring it to a fun filled conclusion. If the last meeting is any
indication we are certainly on the right track.
I want to take this time to thank you for your
support and ask you to keep Kathy and her husband in your thoughts
and prayers.
